The data must be usable by everyone, I can not detect a dangerous vehicle in my territory and I can not share this information with all those who have to deal with the operational action in the field, x-SCANNER is able to manage the different authorization policies and user access to allow a shared use between local police, local administrators, technical offices, provincial and regional structures, ministries, carabinieri, firemen, civil protection etc …
